    Jonah Buessing and Andrew Jakab participated in the California State Science Fair April 28 and 29. They earned spots thanks to their second-place prizes in the San Francisco Bay Area Science Fair in late March.

    The 8th grade is on its annual trip to Washington, D.C., this week. The class has been studying human rights abuses this semester and will get to visit the Rwandan embassy and meet its ambassador to the United States.
