Mentors

Upper Division students gather regularly in small mentor groups, each led by a member of our faculty or staff. Mentor groups serve as a support network and provide a safe place to discuss all aspects of adolescent life. They carry out community engagement projects, plan divisional assemblies and dances, and sometimes just hang out. Mentor groups take the place of student government; the projects the students undertake--such as Trivia Night, a fundraiser for our South African partner school--help them develop organizational and leadership skills.
