What did Hybrid Learning look like at Mark Day School?
In October of 2020, students in K-8 transitioned to Hybrid Learning after seven months in Distance Learning. In many ways, the success of our Hybrid Learning program had been 20 years in the making. Because of our technology program, thoughtful curriculum, and teachers dedicated to their craft no matter the circumstances, all students continued to learn whether in person or at a distance.
By the end of the 2020-21 school year, 100 percent of students were attending school in person, every day. Watch the video below to peek into classrooms and gain an in-depth understanding of our program, narrated by Bonnie Nishihara, Assistant Head and Director of Educational Design and Innovation.
